FREQ. ASKED QUESTIONS
RECALLING BENCH WARRANTS
If you missed court, a bench warrant will be issued - no exceptions. Our office cannot excuse
your absence. We can let the court know (at your hearing) that you called and informed us
where you were, BUT WE CANNOT promise the court will not issue a warrant.

There are three ways to recall a warrant: 1) contact the clerk's office and ask for a court date to
set it aside; 2) turn yourself in and see the judge at first available hearing; 3) bail yourself out by
contacting the clerk's office and finding out the bail amount.  We can also set you up for a date
to quash your warrant. If you want our office to do it, you must come by our physical address fill
out the required forms and we can set you for a hearing (keep in mind this is at least a 2 week
turnaround time and is subject to court approval prior to setting up).

CHANGING COURT DATES
Please note that we cannot reset (move up, or move back) court dates.  The clerk's office and
the presiding judge sets dates for your hearing.  The court will not allow us to move dates back
and forth.

ASSIGNED CLIENTS
Please be aware it takes up to two weeks for us to receive your file.  Once reviewed I will
contact you to review your file with you. Calls will be made between 4-6 pm (in order to catch
clients at home)

Calling our office: you are required to contact our office and must leave a full complete
message so that we can log your contact with our office.

APPOINTMENTS
Please be aware that appointments must be preset with our office and, currently, we do not
take walk in appointments. Please contact our office and we can set you up with an appointment.

INMATES
ALL inmates will be visited prior to their hearing.  In order to give all inmates their full time and
attention, we only do our visits for current, or retained clients and in short advance of upcoming
court.

MISSED / UNRETURNED MESSAGES
Please keep in mind that in our area of practice allot of time is spent either in the courtroom,
prosecutors' office, in jury trial or out doing investigations .  We thrive to do our best to return
calls, but at times it may take 24-48 hours for calls to be returned.  Unfortunately, due to court
docket, Mr. Younesi may be unavailable to meet up (or return your call) or set a schedule to
meet within a few days or as fast as we want to.

However, rest assured that if we find ourselves getting close to our hearing date, Mr.
Younesi will ask for an extension from the court to allow time for client and Mr. Younesi to meet.
The Court is very accommodating in those types of situations.
